Telephone transactions
To send the money by the Phone from anywhere in the UK:
- Please find nearest branch of Barclays bank.
- Put the money into the UNIStream UK account:
Account number: 70576956, Sort Code: 20–26–46.
Indicate your name and surname Example. How to fill the form. - Dial call-center number 0203 291 2628 (we may need up to one hour to get the bank confirmation acceptance of your money). Call centre working hours are: Monday — Friday 10:00 — 18:00.
- You will be required to provide the call centre operator with the following information:
- Name and surname (as shown in Passport) of beneficiary. Please indicate patronymic of the beneficiary for transfers to Russia or Uzbekistan;
- Currency and amount of the transfer;
- Country and city (the operator can help you to find the nearest service point to the beneficiary).
In most countries the transfer will be received in 10 minutes, if the transfer was made during working hours of point of service in the country of beneficiary. In other cases the transfer will be available for beneficiary on the next day.
Transfers made without opening a bank account for beneficiary are usually implemented generally in USD, Euro or Rubles (at the discretion of the sender).
Important:
- If the money remains in the beneficiary’s bank account for more than 30 days after the transfer date, it will be returned to the Unistream UK account.
- It is permitted to send money transfers without identity documents if the amount less than 799 GBP.
For amounts over 799 GBP the sender should send a faxed (0870 3851 488) or scanned copy of their ID to (info@unistream-uk.com):
- For the transfer amount over 799 GBP per day, but does not exceed 3000 GBP for a single transfer or accumulatively for the last 30 days.

The customer must provide:

- À proof of residency (utility bill for last 3 month) or the settlement of bank account (at least for the last 3 month)
- The transfer amount over 10 000 GBP for a single transfer.

- Confirmation of the source of funds — proof of income (at least for the last 3 month);
- The bank account statement reflecting withdrawals of amounts from the customer’s account for making the transfer.
If the client’s passport remains in the Home Office, the client must provide the official letter (which confirm, that documents of the clients are under consideration) and other ID (for example driver’s license).
