The UNISTREAM Customer Card is intended to simplify and speedup the money transfer process. The loyalty program is available for UNISTREAM client cardholders only and can be obtained for free at any service point when you are sending a money transfer.

How to use UNISTREAM Customer Card?

At the moment the card can be used at any UNIStream UK, UNIStream Cyprus, and Unistream Russia locations. In Russia, the client’s card may be used at all UNISTREAM locations as well as at Unistream Partner banks . The list of UNISTREAM bank partners continuous to expand.

  • To send money transfers please hand over the card to the Cashier along with you’re ID. You do not need to fill out a paper application to send the money.
  • Specify the details of the receiver for the transaction. If you have already sent the transfers to the receiver before, you do not need to specify the name and location again.
  • Provide the receiver with the money transfer number.

UNISTREAM Customer card holders receive an SMS notifications showing the status of their transaction. The SMS is automatically sent to the mobile number which has been specified in the application for getting the card or for processing the money transfer. (The service is available only for subscribers of mobile operators in Russia, UK and Cyprus). The first SMS shows the money transfer code. The second one shows confirmation that the transaction is paid out.

  1. Can I hand over my card to anyone?
    No, Unistream Customer card can be used only by customers who are registered with Unistream and cannot be used by other persons.
  2. What kind of loyalty programs are coming?
    There is a rewards program coming soon!
  3. When will the Rewards program be launched?
    Unistream reward program will start soon and all outgoing transfers sent through UNISTREAM Customer Card will be converted to reward points.
  4. What is the card expiry date?
    The card is valid for the duration of the Program.
  5. Do I need my passport or any other ID to get the card?
    Yes, a passport or some other form of ID is necessary.
  6. Do I have to pay for the card?
    No, it is free of charge!
